SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on 
weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

United States:
- Standard Shipping: 5-9 business days (FREE on orders $100+, $9 under $100)
- Express Shipping: 3-5 business days ($19)

International:
- Standard International: 10-20 business days ($15)
- Express International: 7-12 business days ($35)

TRACKING
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please 
allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to appear in the carrier's 
system.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
For orders shipped outside the United States, the recipient is responsible 
for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. 
These charges are not included in our shipping costs.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us 
at ⚠️[support@manbadi.com] within 7 days of the expected delivery date. 
We'll work with you to resolve the issue.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not 
responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the 
customer. Address changes can only be made before the order has shipped.
