Refund & Return Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your Manbadi pieces. If something isn't right, we're 
here to help.

ELIGIBILITY
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unworn and unused
- The item is in original condition with all tags attached
- The item is returned in original packaging
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation email)

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Earrings (final sale)
- Custom or personalized pieces
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale

HOW TO RETURN
1. Email us at ⚠️[support@manbadi.com] with your order number and reason 
   for return
2. We'll send you a return authorization and shipping instructions
3. Pack your item securely in original packaging
4. Ship to the address provided in your return authorization

RETURN SHIPPING
- For US customers: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs 
  unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
- For international customers: Customers are responsible for return 
  shipping and any associated customs fees

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 
5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. 
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES
For exchanges, please return the original item following the process above 
and place a new order for the replacement item. This ensures fastest 
processing.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days 
of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full 
refund at no cost to you.
